Since I finished another batch of butter-infused gin, I made myself another Wonkatini™. Unfortunately, I believe I overdid the butter infusion. While still a tasty drink, I am getting none of the characteristic juniper flavor from the gin. While sipping this cocktail, I am liking it less and less. I really need to get that juniper flavor back; it creates the complexity required to make the drink outstanding. I am going to have to perfect my infusion technique before again attempting a Wonkatini™.
