Right front leg

The right front leg will be the easiest piece to calculate and assemble.  Based on my designs, I need an end cap, a 6-inch pipe, and a T {all of which I currently have}.  Using my square to measure, that comes out at a hair short of 9¼ inches.  I used the same device to measure a 6-inch pipe in a flange.  That measured 6¼ inches.  The flange added ¼ inch of length, so I need to subtract ¼ inch from the length of pipe.

I want 35-inch-long legs {a 1-inch-thick board will put my workbench at 36 inches off the ground}.  Mathematically, then, was have 35 - 9¼ - ¼ = 25½ + ⅜ {loss of thread in T} = 25⅞ inches of pipe.  Therefore, my custom-cut pipe list needs to include one 25⅞-inch pipe.
